Returns - 30 day money-back guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Brass'n Gifts merchandise. You may return any item (excluding custom orders) within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.

Brass' n Gifts is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. It is recommended that you insure the package and ship requiring signature upon receipt. Additionally, we strongly suggest that you follow-up, with our customer service department 2-3 weeks after returns are shipped to ensure that your package has been received. A 25% handling fee will be deducted from any refund issued if the merchandise is not returned in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

Gift Returns

We have the same policies for returning gifts or any items shipped to
an address other than your home/credit card billing address as we do for
regular orders. Please see Returns.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a
replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. It is recommended that you insure the package and ship requiring a signature upon receipt. Additionally, we strongly suggest that you follow-up with our customer service department 2-3 weeks after returns are shipped to ensure that your package has been received.

Inventory availability and backorders

All items are "in stock" unless otherwise noted "out of stock" on the
item pages. In the event an item becomes "out of stock" after we receive your order, you will be notified by email, and we will ship your order as soon as the item becomes available. We cannot guarantee that an item listed, as "in stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. We usually ship in two (2) business days or we will notify you by email.

Privacy guarantee

We will not, under any circumstances, distribute or sell your email
address or personal information to any third party. Our customer lists are
used to inform you of upcoming sales and events. All information shared with us is used for the sole purpose of improving our store and your shopping experience.

Custom orders

All custom orders are final. Refunds and exchanges are not available
on all custom orders. Damage or defective items will be replaced with the
EXACT same custom ordered item. Please follow the return policy for "Damaged or Defective Merchandise".

Sales tax

Brass' n Gifts is required to collect sales tax on shipments to New
Jersey. Sales tax rates are 6% for New Jersey and will be collected on the merchandise subtotal only. This amount will be added to you credit card charge.
